Welcome to Kaizen Community, a structured digital ecosystem designed to build trust, transparency, and value at scale through Discounts and Promise. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) define the framework under which users, merchants, and partners interact with the Kaizen Community platform (“Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Kaizen Community

Kaizen Community is a community-driven digital platform that enables:

  • Discounts via the Kaizen Community Card (KCC) at participating local merchants.
  • Promise, a structured digital record system that brings transparency and accountability to offline credit or payment promises between individuals.

Kaizen Community operates as a technology and data-facilitation platform only. We do not operate as a bank, NBFC, payment aggregator, wallet, escrow service, or financial institution of any kind.

2. Platform Philosophy & Scope

Kaizen Community is built to digitize trust, not money.

  • We enable visibility, not enforcement.
  • We facilitate records, not transactions.
  • We promote discipline, not financial guarantees.

All monetary dealings, discounts, and promises remain independent and external to the Platform.

3. Eligibility & Account Integrity

  • Users must be 18 years or older.
  • Registration details must be accurate and truthful.
  • Kaizen Community reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that compromise platform integrity or misuse features.

4. Kaizen Community Card (KCC) – Discounts

  • KCC is a free digital community card.
  • Discounts are offered solely by participating vendors.
  • Kaizen Community does not control, guarantee, or enforce discount availability, pricing, or continuity.
  • Vendors may revise or withdraw offers without prior notice.

Kaizen Community’s role is limited to visibility and discovery of offers.

5. Promise Feature – Core Disclaimer

The Promise feature is a digital transparency tool, not a financial service.

Kaizen Community:

  • Does not lend or borrow money
  • Does not process payments or repayments
  • Does not guarantee recovery or settlement
  • Does not intervene in disputes

All Promise records reflect mutual, offline understandings between users. Any default, delay, or disagreement remains the sole responsibility of the involved parties.

6. No Payment, Checkout, or Refund Flow

Kaizen Community does not provide:

  • Online checkout or cart systems
  • Payment gateways or collections
  • Refund or cancellation processing
  • EMI, auto-debit, or escrow services

Accordingly, Refund & Cancellation policies are not applicable to the Platform.

7. KCC Score – Trust Indicator

  • KCC Score is a community-based trust indicator derived from Promise records.
  • It is not a credit score and is not regulated by RBI or credit bureaus.
  • Kaizen Community does not warrant acceptance or usage of KCC Score by any third party.

8. User Conduct & Responsibility

Users agree to:

  • Use the Platform ethically and lawfully
  • Avoid misrepresentation, fraud, or coercion
  • Respect the community-driven nature of the ecosystem

Any misuse may result in suspension or permanent removal.

9. Vendors’ Responsibility

  • Vendors are fully responsible for their products, services, and discounts.
  • Kaizen Community bears no liability for service quality, pricing disputes, or merchant-user conflicts.

10. Platform Governance

Kaizen Community reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Remove misleading or harmful records
  • Enforce community standards to protect ecosystem trust

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Kaizen Community shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed INR 100

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Kaizen Community against claims arising from:

  • Offline financial arrangements
  • Platform misuse
  • Violation of these Terms

13. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, technology, and designs are the exclusive property of Kaizen Community. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

14. Privacy & Data Usage

Data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy, aligned with transparency and minimal data dependency principles.

15. Amendments

Kaizen Community may update these Terms to reflect platform evolution. Continued use implies acceptance.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
