Kaizen Community is a structured digital ecosystem that provides Discount visibility through KCC and record-keeping through Promise. The platform does not sell products or services directly and does not process payments.

Applicability

Kaizen Community does not operate any checkout, cart, or payment collection system.
Users do not make payments to Kaizen Community through the app or website.
Therefore, refunds and cancellations are not applicable to the Platform.

Discounts (KCC)

Discounts are offered directly by participating vendors.
Any issue related to pricing, billing, or cancellation must be addressed directly with the vendors.
Kaizen Community is not responsible for vendor-level refunds or disputes.

Promise Feature

Promise is a digital record of offline commitments between users.
No money is collected, held, or transferred by Kaizen Community.
Hence, refund or cancellation does not arise within the Platform.

Policy Updates

Kaizen Community may update this policy to reflect platform evolution. Continued usage implies acceptance.
